Our client, a successful Independent Specialist, is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join their team. As a Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring they receive exceptional service, support, and guidance throughout their experience. You will handle customer enquiries, schedule appointments, and ensure the smooth operation of service-related tasks.

What is in it for you as a Service Advisor:
- Monday to Friday worked 8:00am – 5:30pm.
- Basic Salary up to £30,000 with achievable monthly bonus of around £150 per month.
- 1 in 4 Saturdays worked 8:00am – 12:00pm.
- Holiday allowance of 22 days + Bank Holidays.

The ideal candidate for this role will have a basic understanding of parts terminology as well as exceptional levels of customer service. You will bring a friendly and driven energy into the workplace and hold the ability to work well both as a team and independently.
What will your day look like as a Service Advisor here:
- Act as the main point of contact for customers seeking service support.
- Schedule and manage customer appointments efficiently.
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding service requests, pricing, and timelines.
- Collaborate with technicians to ensure the correct service solutions are provided.
- Process customer orders, payments, and warranty information.
- Manage customer expectations and resolve issues with professionalism and courtesy.
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
