Accountant required for High End Car Dealership
  • Burton upon Trent area
  • Starting Basic Salary of £35,000 (increasing after probation)
  • Hours: Monday to Friday 9am -5pm

We are currently working with a Luxury Vehicle Specialist that are looking to recruit for an Accountant to join their team based in the Burton upon Trent area. They are well renowned across the country. This is a chance to be an integral part of a company that sells some of the nicest cars on the road, dealing with the rich & famous!

Your responsibilities within this Accountant role will include, but are not limited to:
  • Overseeing the day-to-day functions of the vehicle accounts department.
  • Processing VAT returns.
  • Payroll.
  • Invoicing.
  • Overseeing a small team, reporting into the owners of the business and working alongside external accountants
The successful Accountant will have:
  • Successful track record within an Accounts department,
  • Ideally SAGE50 experience. 
  • Experience processing VAT Returns and payroll.
  • Accountancy qualifications
  • Motor Trade Experience
You will be paid a starting salary £35,000, which will increase. My client is looking for experience in a similar role and Motor Trade experience.
