  • Salary: £44,000 Basic +  Bonus - OTE £55,000
  • Hours: Min. 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (Saturdays as required)

Are you an experienced Service or Aftersales Manager with a passion for leading both a well-established workshop and a high-performing front-of-house service department?
Our client, a leading dealership in Llandudno, is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to take charge of their aftersales operations and drive exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities as an Aftersales Manager:
  • Manage a well-established workshop, ensuring efficient operations, quality repairs, and excellent service standards.
  • Oversee a strong front-of-house service department, delivering top-notch customer service and handling customer enquiries professionally.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop the Aftersales team, fostering a positive and high-performance culture.
  • Drive aftersales profitability, ensuring service targets and financial objectives are met or exceeded.
  • Ensure the workshop and service departments operate smoothly, with effective scheduling, parts management, and technical support.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, managing any complaints or issues swiftly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with senior management to implement and refine aftersales strategies for continuous business growth.
What We’re Looking For in an Aftersales Manager:
  • Significant experience in a Service Manager or Aftersales Manager role, or senior role within a dealership environment.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage both a busy workshop and front-of-house service team.
  • A customer-first approach, ensuring that service delivery and satisfaction are always prioritised.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding service and financial targets.
What You’ll Receive as an Aftersales Manager with our client:
  • Competitive basic salary of £44,000.
  • OTE up to £55,000 based on performance.
