Are you a passionate and skilled technician looking for an exciting role that blends workshop expertise with motorsport action? Our client, a well-respected German branded car specialist, is seeking a dedicated Vehicle Technician to join their expert team in Crawley.

This is a unique opportunity to work with a company renowned for its precision, dedication, and success in both road car servicing and motorsport. The role involves working on high-performance vehicles, supporting the race team on test and race weekends, and contributing to a team that thrives on excellence.

Key Responsibilities as a Vehicle Technician
  • Carrying out service, repair, and restoration work on road and race cars.
  • Supporting the race team during test and race events as required.
  • Ensuring all work meets company and manufacturer standards efficiently and to a high quality.
  • Advising on additional repairs needed and gaining approval from the Service Manager.
  • Keeping up to date with industry developments by attending training courses and reviewing technical bulletins.
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organised work environment.
  • Upholding a professional and customer-focused approach in all interactions.
Requirements for this Vehicle Technician
  • A self-motivated individual with a keen eye for detail and a passion for high-performance vehicles.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
  • Previous motorsport experience in some capacity is essential.
  • Experience with German performance cars is beneficial but not essential.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work.
