We have an exciting opportunity for a Workshop Controller to join a well-established dealership in Southport.

Key Responsibilities for the Workshop Controller:
  • Supervise the workshop team to maintain quality, efficiency, and profitability
  • Manage workshop operations, ensuring productivity and compliance with technical systems
  • Provide expert fault diagnosis and technical support
  • Ensure first-time fix rates meet customer satisfaction targets
  • Maintain accurate job cards and ensure all chargeable labour is recorded
  • Support and develop team members to enhance overall workshop performance
What We’re Looking For:
  • NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
  • Extensive experience within a franchised dealership
  • Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Strong customer service & communication skills
  • IT-literate with experience in diagnostic equipment & workshop systems
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and motivated to succeed
