- Up to c. £30,000, with OTE c. £42,000
- Monday to Friday 9-6 with approx 1 in 4 Saturdays (finish at 4:30 the week after working a Saturday)
They are seeking a highly motivated Parts Supervisor / Parts Manager to join their Parts Department team. This is a key role, requiring someone who can oversee the department's stock and sales operations, manage a small team, and ensure efficient stock control while delivering outstanding customer service.

- Be the go-to person for internal and external customers, building connections that last and keeping everyone smiling.
- Dive into performance metrics, crunch the numbers, and showcase the department’s winning streak with detailed reports.
- Team up with other departments to create a seamless workflow where parts move faster than a pit crew on race day.
- Hit budget goals and help the team to excel in all areas, including upselling products and services.
- Proven experience as a Parts Advisor or parts supervisor / manager in a similar role within the automotive industry.
- Management experience is sought, as are Parts Supervisors with the right personality, looking to take a step up.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to resolve conflicts calmly and effectively.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to meeting departmental targets.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and a solid understanding of automotive parts.
