- Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 (dependent on experience)

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer enquiries and generate quotes.
- Process customer orders and oversee completion through to delivery.
- Coordinate internal resources and external suppliers to meet project timelines.
- Organise shipping logistics and process invoices.
- Collect and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve processes and enhance customer experience.
- Support the company’s online presence and social media activities.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong commercial and technical acumen.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify areas for improvement.
- Proactive, organised, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Full UK driving licence.
