Are you an experienced Vehicle Paint Sprayer looking for a new opportunity? We are recruiting for a skilled Paint Sprayer to join a reputable body shop in Redruth, Cornwall.

What’s on Offer for the Paint Sprayer?
  • Salary: Up to £40,000 per year, depending on experience
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (No weekends!)
  • Full-time, permanent position
  • A supportive team and excellent working environment
Your Role as a Paint Sprayer:
  • Preparing vehicles for paintwork, including masking, sanding, and priming
  • Mixing and applying paint to a high standard
  • Ensuring all work meets quality and safety standards
  • Carrying out final inspections before vehicles are returned to customers
What We’re Looking For:
  • Previous experience as a Vehicle Paint Sprayer within a body shop or accident repair centre
  • A keen eye for detail and high-quality workmanship
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Relevant qualifications (e.g., NVQ/IMI in Vehicle Refinishing) preferred but not essential
