  • Basic Salary: Up to £40,000 (Depending on Experience and Qualifications)
  • OTE: £46,000
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

Our client, a well-established group with a reputation for excellence, is looking for a dedicated VDA / Estimator to join their Kettering Accident Repair Centre. Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting thorough vehicle damage assessments
  • Preparing accurate repair estimates
  • Liaising with insurance companies and customers
  • Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
  • Managing repair processes from start to finish
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a VDA / Estimator in an accident repair centre
  • Audatex / ATA qualification is beneficial but not essential to apply
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure
