  • Salary: £37,000 - £45,000 Basic + £10k Realistic On Target Earnings
  • Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:30pm with 30-minute lunch break + 1 in 3 Saturdays (8:00am - 12:00pm)
We are currently working with a long-standing, family-run Motor Trade Dealer Group who have been proudly serving the Guildford and wider Surrey area for decades. This well-respected business represents a popular vehicle brand and has built a loyal customer base thanks to its warm, friendly service and excellent local reputation.

They are currently seeking an experienced and driven Service Manager to lead their Aftersales department. You’ll be overseeing a small, close-knit team of 4 vehicle technicians, working in a lovely dealership with a fantastic customer demographic.

This is a vital leadership role, perfect for someone who thrives in a customer-facing environment, is highly organised, and has a real passion for delivering excellent service standards.
