Vehicle Parts Advisor required in Cardiff.
  • Starting basic salary is up to £26,000 per annum, pending experience and current earnings
  • Access to a departmental profit bonus scheme of up to £250-500 per month. 
  • Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm 1 in 2 Saturday 8:30am to 12:30pm paid at time a half rate.
Our client, a multi-franchise approved car dealership located in the Cardiff region, requires a Vehicle Parts Advisor to join their busy Parts Department.

Reporting to the Parts Manager and working as part of a small, friendly parts team, you will be responsible for accurately identifying and promptly picking and supplying vehicle parts to our client’s workshop staff to carry out vehicle repairs. You will also carry out parts stock control, audits and deal with trade/retail customers regarding parts inquiries.

The successful candidate would ideally be able to deliver the very highest level of customer service through strong communication skills, resulting in total customer satisfaction. Very strong organisational skills along with IT literacy and experience using software packages (Pinewood Pinnacle experience would be beneficial) would be of high priority. You will need to have a UK driving licence with minimal points, and any experience working as a Parts Advisor or within a similar role within the motor trade is essential at this stage.
