Vehicle Technician Required For Car Dealer
  • Location: Epsom, Surrey
  • Basic salary between £28,000 - £32,000, dependent on experience and qualifications
  • Uncapped bonus potential of up to £8,000 per year.
  • Based on a 42.5-hour week, Monday to Friday only – no weekend working required.
Our client, a well-established and respected Car Dealership based in Epsom, is looking for a skilled and motivated Vehicle Technician to join their dedicated team.

As a Vehicle Technician, you’ll be responsible for carrying out servicing, repairs, and diagnostics on a wide range of vehicles, ensuring they are maintained to the highest standard of safety and performance. This Vehicle Technician is ideal for someone looking to join a progressive dealership that values technical expertise and offers excellent earning potential.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance, servicing, and inspections to manufacturer standards.
  • Accurately diagnose faults and conduct repairs on mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Work efficiently to complete jobs within specified timeframes, ensuring quality workmanship.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and service advisors regarding vehicle status and repairs.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician within a franchised or independent workshop.
  • Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills across various vehicle systems.
  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent qualification).
  • Excellent work ethic, attention to detail, and a positive team attitude.
  • Full UK driving licence with a clean record.
