- Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 Depending on Experience
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 6:00pm (1-hour lunch break)
- Saturdays: Alternate Saturdays, 8:30am – 1:00pm

As a Vehicle Fleet Assistant, your primary focus will be checking in vehicles as they return from use, ensuring they are clean, undamaged, and ready to go. You’ll also assist with the movement of vehicles in and out of the site, support with deliveries, and occasionally transport vehicles to and from local bodyshops.
Key Responsibilities:
- Check in vehicles once they’ve been cleaned, noting any damage or issues
- Update internal systems to record vehicle status (training provided – simple IT use)
- Assist with vehicle movements and deliveries
- Occasionally deliver or collect vehicles from local bodyshops
- Work alongside the wider fleet team to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations
- Carry out repeat processes 30–40 times per day with accuracy and consistency
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic computer skills – confident updating simple records
- A clean UK driving licence – essential
- A team player who’s happy to get stuck in and support wherever needed
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the business
