Senior Motorcycle Technician Required in Petersfield, Hampshire

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum
Hours: Tuesday - Saturday 8.30 - 5.30pm + Breaks

We are excited to announce our client are about to embark on an exciting new project for their Automotive Group by opening of a new Motorbike dealership in the Petersfield area, and they are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Motorcycle Technician to join their dynamic Motorcycle Mechanical team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated individual who is passionate about motorcycles and possesses the technical expertise required to ensure top-notch service for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with setting up the dealership, workflow and offering your opinions on this exciting new project 
  • Diagnose, repair, and service motorcycles according to dealership and manufacturer standards.
  • Conduct routine maintenance checks on motorcycles to ensure optimal performance.
  • Utilise diagnostic equipment to identify and rectify mechanical and electrical issues.
  • Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior technicians as needed.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new models, and technological advancements.
Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Motorcycle Technician, with a focus on high-performance motorcycles.
  • Relevant technical qualifications in motorcycle mechanics.
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality work.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Effective communication skills.
Working Hours:

  • Tuesday - Saturday, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm, plus breaks.
Salary and Benefits:

  • Competitive basic salary of £30,000 - £35,000 per annum + monthly bonus
