- Pay: £32 - £38k Basic Doe + £55k Uncapped OTE
- Hours: Monday - Friday with 1 in 4 Saturday mornings on a Rota basis - additional overtime available if wanted

Due to an exciting new project and expansion our client are looking to increase their headcount for Technical experts to specialise and work on their automotive brand. They are seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician who wishes to be part of a team with a true family feel; our client organises VIP track days to drive the product and enjoy world class hospitality, regular visits to the workshop from food vans; ice-cream, pizza - manager pays! Our client is opening up a new workshop to cope with increasing customer demand and looking for experienced Vehicle Technicians who are passionate in learning and personal development. Within this Vehicle Technician role your day to day duties will include:
- Review the customer’s requirements provided by the Service Advisors, ensuring accurate information is provided to complete the repair
- Parts ordering
- Carry out the repair in accordance with the workshop manual
- Write up job cards in a clear and concise manner
- Liaise with all relevant staff to achieve efficiency in both time and material usage
- To record and clock all time spent as per the warranty process
- Conduct road tests and be responsible for personal quality control
- Protect the customers property by using protective covers at all times
- Keep technical and job knowledge up to date by participating in educational opportunities, reading manufacturers' publications etc.
- Deliver an agreed level of service KPI’s to include productivity, efficiency and utilisation
- Take ownership for personal development needs in anticipation of our clients Business requirement
