Parts Advisor required in Haverfordwest.
  • Starting basic salary is up to £25-27,000 per annum dependent on experience and current earnings.
  • Access to a labour sales bonus providing additional earnings of circa £100 per month. 
  • Working hours are Monday to Friday only; 8:00am to 5:00pm.
Our client, a long-established multi-franchise approved car dealer group, are currently looking to recruit a Parts Advisor to join one of their dealerships in Haverfordwest.

Reporting to the Aftersales Manager and working as part of a small friendly team, you will be responsible for accurately identifying and promptly picking and supplying vehicle parts to our client’s workshop staff in order to carry out vehicle repairs. You will also carry out parts stock control and audits, deal with trade/retail customers regarding parts inquiries, and on occasions cover delivery runs in the absence of a Parts Delivery Driver.

In order to be eligible, you will need to hold recent or current vehicle parts experience, ideally working within a franchise approved automotive dealership, however, our client is also very interested in candidates from a Motor Factor background or similar. You will also need to be IT literate given you will work daily with an electronic parts catalogue system, hold a UK driving license with minimal points, and have strong customer service/sales skills with a friendly and charismatic telephone manner. Any experience with the Kerridge/ADP/Keyloop dealer management system would be highly advantageous but is non-essential
