  • Location: Telford
  • Salary: £20,000 Basic salary ; £40,000+ OTE
  • Hours: 5-day working week 8:30am - 6:00pm (No Sundays)

Key Responsibilities as a Car Sales Executive:
  • Customer Engagement: Engage with potential customers, understand their automotive needs and preferences, and provide comprehensive information about our range of vehicles.
  • Vehicle Presentations: Conduct compelling product presentations and test drives to showcase the features and benefits of our vehicles, highlighting unique selling points.
  • Sales Process Management: Guide customers through the complete sales process, from initial contact to delivery. Manage leads, follow up on inquiries, and maintain a systematic customer database.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Skillfully negotiate terms and conditions to reach mutually beneficial agreements, ensuring customer satisfaction and contributing to dealership profitability.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest automotive trends, features, and technological advancements. Provide accurate information to customers and address any queries.
  • Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets and goals set by the dealership. Implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
To Become a Successful Car Sales Executive, You Will Need:
  • Proven experience in automotive sales or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Passion for automobiles and a desire to stay updated on industry trends.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic sales environment.
  • Basic computer skills for documentation and customer management.
  • Valid UK driver's license.
