Vehicle Technician Needed For Main Dealership
  • Leamington Spa
  • Basic salary circa £30,000 + Bonus (OTE £40,000+ uncapped)
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm - NO WEEKENDS!
Our client, a well-established and reputable Main Dealer Group, is expanding and looking for a Technician they can train up Diagnostic level. They are looking for an experienced and qualified technician, looking to take the next step in their career.

Roles and Responsibilities as a Vehicle Technician with Our Client:
  • Carry out routine vehicle service and maintenance, inspecting components for wear and tear, and documenting all findings.
  • Test potentially faulty parts, diagnosing any issues, and resolving faults.
  • Support internal departments in the preparation and maintenance of new cars, used cars, or loan vehicles.
  • Work closely with other members of the workshop team to constantly learn and share knowledge.
  • Able to complete heavy repairs effectively and efficiently - Engine work, gearboxes, clutches, cambelts etc.
What Our Client Expects from Their Vehicle Technicians:
  • Level 3 qualified candidates.
  • At least 3/4 years experience in a workshop
  • High standards of vehicle maintenance and servicing.
  • Strong mechanical skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work well in a team and support colleagues.
