Reporting to your line manager, as the Transport Refrigeration Retail Administrator you are responsible to cost and process up and invoice all servicing and repair jobs carried out by the engineers, completing accurately and within a strict timescale for retail Key Accounts.
In order to be eligible you will ideally live within a reasonable commuting distance of the Caerphilly region. You shall also have a confident and professional telephone manner, be IT literate, and be able to demonstrate ability to work effectively in a pressurised and at times, extremely busy environment. Experience within an administration role is essential to our client. They are looking for longevity, and someone with at least 2 years in a prior administration role.
