  • Starting salary up to £30-50,000 per annum pending experience and current earnings. 
  • 8:30am-5:00pm Monday to Friday with no weekends.

Our client, a large multi-franchise-approved motorcycle dealership in the Swansea area, is currently looking to hire a Service Manager for their busy workshop.

Reporting to the Branch Manager and working alongside a Service Advisor, as the Service Manager you will oversee the service and repair work of all motorcycles for our client's customers. You will be required to liaise with the Motorcycle Technicians to understand work in progress, keep customers informed and where necessary request authorisation for additional work ensuring top-quality services throughout.

The successful candidate will need to have at least two years of experience in an automotive workshop environment at a controller/management level. Any experience working with motorcycles would be highly beneficial but is non-essential. Overall, you will need to be effective in managing and supporting colleagues and have the drive and determination to maintain policies that constantly improve customer satisfaction and my client's reputation. You will need to be IT literate and any experience with the Pinnacle dealer management system is of great benefit. A UK motorcycle license with minimal points and an interest in all things two-wheels would also be essential to our client at this stage.
