Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM (Saturdays on a rota basis)

Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Respond to initial sales inquiries, using your in-depth product knowledge to advise customers on a range of commercial vehicles. Highlight the features and benefits of various models to help customers select the right vehicle for their business needs.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with both potential and existing customers. Proactively follow up on all sales inquiries within your designated market area.
- Sales Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate terms, including trade-ins, and explain the available finance and leasing options. Offer appropriate service packages to enhance the customer experience.
- Sales Closure: Prepare and process the necessary contract documentation according to company procedures. Aim to meet or exceed your sales targets consistently.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales Team to ensure the timely delivery of vehicles and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Event Support: Participate in sales events as needed, showcasing your product expertise and customer service skills.
- Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to ensure you remain competitive in the marketplace.
- Experience: Proven success in motor vehicle sales, ideally within the commercial vehicle sector.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, both verbal and written.
- Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Team Player: Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Motivation: Self-driven with a results-oriented mindset, eager to achieve and exceed targets.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel within your assigned territory as required.
