Paint Sprayer / Paint Technician Required in Aldershot, Hampshire 
  • Pay: £19 per hour + Bonus 
  • Working hours: 8am - 5pm MONDAY - FRIDAY ONLY! 
Our Client a Manufacturer approved Accident Repair Centre with over 40 years trading experience are seeking a Bodyshop Paint Technician for their Crash Repair team based in Aldershot, Hampshire.
 
This is a rare opportunity to join a well-run, respectable Accident Repair Centre who pride themselves on their quality of work and customer care. They treat each member of staff with value and respect, offering a clean, state of the art, well laid out family run Bodyshop environment.
 
Being ATA qualified in Paint Technician is an advantage but not essential to be considered for the Paint Sprayer role at our clients Crash Repair Centre. Working experience as a Vehicle Paint Sprayer / Polisher in the automotive industry is essential to be considered for an interview.

The successful Paint Technician will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role, either with a main dealership or an independent Bodyshop. You will be skilled in Paint Spraying and have experience working in a quality focused accident repair environment. Our client is open to conversations for Semi Skilled or Improver Paint Sprayers to work with them and skill up. 

Day to day duties of a Paint Sprayer with our clients business: 
  • Experience working in a fast paced Bodyshop environment
  • Multi brand Paint Sprayer experience is highly desirable.
  • Excellent attention and eye for detail
  • Ability to prepare, paint and polish vehicles working in a team 
  • Ability to prioritise and multi-task in a busy environment.
  • Ability to work on your own initiative as well as a key team player.
