  • Starting salary is £23,795 per annum + overtime.
  • Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm with 1 hour for lunch, and 1 in 2 Saturdays 8:00am-1:00pm paid at additionally at time and a half.

Our client a, franchised approved car dealer group established across South Wales, requires a Vehicle Parts Advisor to join their site in the Rhondda Cynon Taff region.

Reporting to the Parts Manager and working as part of a small friendly team, you are responsible for dealing with trade and retail customers regarding parts enquiries ensuring that all parts orders are accurately identified, promptly picked and dispatched. You will also carry out parts stock control, supply parts to our client’s workshop across the dealer group to carry out vehicle repairs, and on occasion, cover delivery runs in the absence of a Parts Delivery Driver.

To be eligible you will need to hold recent or current automotive vehicle parts experience, ideally working with dealership vehicle parts, however, our client is also very interested in candidates from a motor factor background or similar. You will also need to be IT literate given you will work daily with a dealer management system and an electronic parts catalogue system, hold a UK driving license with minimal points, and have strong customer service/sales skills with a friendly and charismatic manner.

For your hard work as a Vehicle Parts Advisor, our client is offering: 
  • Starting salary is £23,795 per annum.
  • Overtime paid at an enhanced rate of time and a half (option to work every Saturday available at 1.5x rate)
