Our client, a leading leisure vehicle specialist located in South Wales, is currently recruiting for a Dealership Assistant to join their purpose-built site in Carmarthen.
 
Working cloesly with our client's senior management team, in this role your key responsibilities will include monthly accounts, balance sheet reconciliation, intercompany reconciliations, quarterly VAT returns, cash flow forecasting, and annual budgets. You will be required to work efficiently to meet particular deadlines/strict accounting deadlines. Other duties will include liaising with Company Auditors, and Bankers along with their other business partners. You will be preparing a month-end reporting pack which will include KPI’s and an analysis of business performance compared to budget.

To be eligible you will have previously overseen an Accounts Department with several team members and be accustomed to managing and delegating accordingly. The successful Dealership applicant will ideally have experience in the automotive industry or a personal interest in leisure vehicles such as motorhomes or caravans. You will have a good understanding of computerised accounts using a dealer management system (Navigator) along with exporting, manipulating, and presenting reports in Microsoft Excel. The ideal candidate will be expected to maintain strong balance sheet control measures, along with overseeing intercompany reconciliation another related business.
