- Location: Guildford, Surrey
- Salary: £26,000 basic, up to £30,000 with customer service bonuses
Working Hours:
- Monday – Friday: 08:00 - 18:00 (with a one-hour unpaid lunch break)
- Occasional Saturday Mornings: Approximately 1 in 4 (paid)

Key Responsibilities of a Customer Service Advisor with our client:
- Manage customer bookings and service inquiries with exceptional customer care.
- Provide accurate and timely responses to customer questions and issues related to vehicle services.
- Support customers across various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Maximise opportunities for service bookings and upsell where appropriate.
- Record customer and vehicle information accurately.
- Assist in training new team members and provide ongoing support to colleagues.
- Monitor interactions to ensure quality and compliance.
- Collaborate with other departments to meet and exceed customer service goals.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within a contact centre environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and navigate various software systems.
- A customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to service excellence.
- Experience with handling complex customer issues professionally.
- Competitive salary starting from £26,000, with the potential to earn up to £30,000 through bonuses.
