  • Hours: 8am - 5:30pm, Monday to Friday
We are currently working with a well-established Motor Trade Dealership Group, operating in the London, Kent, and Surrey regions for over 70 successful years. Our client, who represents 8 different vehicle manufacturers, is seeking an experienced Warranty Administrator to join their team in Croydon.

Key Responsibilities for the Warranty Administrator Role:
  • Managing warranty claims and ensuring accurate submissions
  • Liaising with manufacturers regarding warranty issues
  • Processing warranty claims in line with manufacturer guidelines
  • Supporting the service department by handling warranty queries
  • Ensuring all warranty documentation is accurate and up to date
  • Keeping customers informed about the progress of their warranty claims
  • Reporting on warranty data to management
Requirements for the Role: The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a Warranty Administrator role, preferably within the automotive industry, and possess a keen eye for detail, as well as excellent communication and administrative skills.
