Our Client, a Manufacturer approved Accident Repair Centre with over 40 years of trading experience, is seeking an experienced Panel Beater for their Crash Repair team based in Kingston Upon Thames, Surrey.

This is a rare opportunity to join a well-managed, respected Accident Repair Centre that prides itself on the quality of its work and customer care. They value and respect each staff member, offering a clean, state-of-the-art, well-laid-out family-run Bodyshop environment.

Having ATA qualifications as a Panel Beater is an advantage but not essential to be considered for this role at our client’s Crash Repair Centre. However, working experience as a Vehicle Panel Beater in the automotive industry is essential to be considered for an interview.

The successful Panel Beater will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, either with a main dealership or an independent Bodyshop. You will be skilled in vehicle panel repair and replacement and have experience working in a quality-focused accident repair environment. Our client is also open to conversations with Semi-Skilled or Improver Panel Beaters who are looking to develop their skills further.

Day-to-day duties of a Panel Beater with our client’s business:
  • Experience working in a fast-paced Bodyshop environment
  • Multi-brand Panel Beating experience is highly desirable
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to repair and replace panels efficiently and with precision
  • Conduct high-quality welding, filler, and body alignment work
  • Ability to work on your own initiative as well as being a key team player
