- Location: Farnham, Surrey
- Hours: 42.5 hours, Monday - Friday (weekends are all yours!)

What you’ll be doing as a Parts Advisor:
- Be the First Point of Contact – Answer incoming calls, both internal and external, and take ownership of those conversations.
- Customer Orders Made Easy – Manage orders from the trade counter, phone, post, and online inquiries, delivering exceptional service every time.
- Maximise Sales – Suggest product alternatives, promote add-ons, and use every opportunity to boost sales and profits while keeping customers happy and satisfied.
- Keep Business Booming – Proactively chase additional sales during quieter moments and build strong relationships with customers across all product ranges.
- Stock Management – Order, store, and keep track of parts inventory. You’ll be the go-to person for ensuring everything’s where it should be!
- Know Your Parts – Familiarise yourself with parts catalogues, price lists, and always have the right part ready to meet customer needs.
- Forklift Ready – Safely operate a forklift and be prepared to train as a First Aider.
- Team Player – Work together with your team, keeping communication flowing and contributing to the overall success of the business.
- Experience Counts – At least 2 years’ experience as a Parts Advisor or in goods-in roles.
- Technical Know-How – You’re comfortable with all things parts-related and can thrive in a busy, high-pressure environment.
- Forklift Certified – Or willing to get certified – safety is key!
- Great With People – Strong interpersonal skills, customer-focused, and able to deliver great service under pressure.
- Organised & Efficient – Strong administration skills and computer literate, with basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
