Commercial Service Advisor (Vans / Trucks) - Leicestershire
  • Basic Salary: up to £30,000 (Varies with experience)
  • Plus profit share bonus - OTE £34,000+
  • Monday to Friday only. 
  • 8:00am - 6:00pm Monday to Thursday
  • 8:00am - 5:00pm on a Friday 
  • No Weekends
  • Franchised Dealership Training provided. 
My client in Leicestershire is a long-standing dealership group with an excellent track record for customer service and staff retention. They are now in a position to expand their service team. Currently I am helping them find a Commercial Service Advisor to join their Van and Truck team.

As a Commercial Vehicle Service Advisor you will need to have the skill set to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities of a Service Advisor include: 
  • You will have excellent customer service skills as you will be responsible for greeting customers and updating and informing them of the costs and additional work involved
  • Book service and repair work always liaising with the workshop and parts department to obtain both availability and progress updates
  • Producing invoices for customers ensuring that their expectations are met
  • Ensure customers are fully informed and understand the process
  • To make telephone follow-up / Up sell / Progress calls
The successful Vehicle Service Advisor will already have Service Advisor experience within a Main Dealer and be comfortable enough in your knowledge and experience to pick up the role straight away. My client is ideally looking for experience in CDK, 1-Link, upselling experience/confidence etc.

It is also essential that you are friendly and personable with excellent communication and customer service skill.  

Motor-Trade experience is required to be considered for this role.
