  • Basic Salary up to £35,000 (with MOT)
  • Basic Salary up to £32,000 (without MOT)
  • OTE C. £8,400
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30 - 5:30 and 1 in 3 Saturdays 8:30-12:30

We are seeking a Prep Technician in Lincoln for our client, a long-standing client of ours with a fantastic local reputation.

This role is ideal for individuals who thrive within a fast-paced environment and enjoy the day-to-day activities of a well-equipped workshop.

We’ve worked with this business for several years, and they provide Vehicle Technicians continuous training and some excellent benefits!

Duties of a Prep Technician with our Client:
  • Carrying out vehicle servicing and repairs, without any of the heavy or complex jobs.
  • Identifying and resolving mechanical issues.
  • Providing accurate estimates and timeframes for repairs.
  • Completing service and repair documentation accurately.
  • Adhering to health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Keeping up-to-date with technical advancements in the automotive industry.
What our client expects of their Prep Technician:
  • Qualified Technician.
  • You will be able to assist with high volume repairs whilst maintaining the quality of your work.
  • Proficiency in servicing and repairing vehicles to manufacturer standards.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to delivering high-quality service.
  • Full UK driving licence.
