Our Franchise / Main Car Dealer client is actively looking for an experienced Workshop Controller to manage the workflow and be on hand to assist their Vehicle Technicians in their busy workshop.
Here you’ll be looking after 14+ Vehicle Technician’s distributing the workload fairly and evenly whilst keeping within booked manufacture times and ensuring first time fixes and deadlines are achieved.
As a Workshop Controller you will also be responsible for performance management of the Vehicle Technicians in the workshop. You will lead, coach and develop your team and know how to get the best out of the team so they perform to their highest level. You will also be in charge of dealing with the warranty write-ups and speaking with the Manufacturer regarding any warranties.
Details & Benefits of the Workshop Controller role include:
- Competitive Basic Salary up to £35,000 p.a.
- Overall earnings (OTE) of up to £40,000 p.a.
- Monday to Friday (Full time).
- Saturdays paid as overtime @ £90 from 8.00am to 2.00pm (1 in 3 worked).
- Preferential Service Rates.
- Company Pension.
