Our client, a well-established, family-run Car Dealership based in Bexleyheath, South East London, is looking for a skilled Automotive industry based Customer Service Advisor to join their dedicated team. If you excel in customer care and thrive in a busy service environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
  • Position: Service Advisor
  • Location: Bexleyheath, London
  • Salary: £28,000 Basic with £36,000 OTE
  • Hours: 8am - 6pm Monday - Friday with Saturday mornings on a rota
Our client is a reputable, family-run dealership that has been proudly serving the Bexleyheath community for over 50 years. Known for their friendly service and commitment to excellence, they are looking for a dedicated Service Advisor to support their continued growth and ensure that every customer experience is positive and memorable.

Responsibilities of a Service Advisor:
  • Act as the main point of contact between the workshop and customers, ensuring clear and professional communication at all times.
  • Schedule vehicle services, repairs, and MOTs, coordinating with the workshop team to optimise workflow.
  • Provide accurate service and repair estimates, keeping customers informed throughout the process.
  • Proactively follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions, vehicle statuses, and service activities.
  • Promote additional products and services where appropriate, maintaining a customer-focused approach.
Requirements as a Service Advisor:
  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing automotive role.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of customer service.
  • A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help customers.
  • Knowledge of automotive service processes is a plus but not essential.
  • Valid UK driver’s license preferred.
