As a Parts Advisor, you will be a proactive member of the aftersales team, with responsibility for the Parts Department and reporting to the General Manager. You will be required to run an efficient and professional operation to ensure complete customer satisfaction through the maximum utilisation of workshop facilities and the efficient sale of labour. Your role will involve ordering & supplying parts and accessories to customers of various forms; other garages or retail customers, along with the internal team of Vehicle Technicians in the dealership's workshop. You will also be required to use stock management skills to ensure stock is at a suitable level at all times, whilst not having a large surplus.
The successful Parts Advisor candidate will ideally live within the Aberystwyth region and will have a track record in stock/inventory management with strong IT/customer-facing skills. Any working experience within an automotive business would be highly advantageous to the application, however, this is not essential. A UK driving license is highly desirable also due to the nature of the role and location.
