  • Position: Vehicle Technician
  • Location: Sutton, Surrey
  • Basic Salary: £30,000 - £42,000 (Depending on Experience)
  • Bonus Potential: Up to £7,000 OTE (Uncapped!)
  • Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:30pm

This is a rare chance to join a well-established, family-owned Volkswagen Audi Group (VAG) specialist service centre that prioritises both staff development and customer satisfaction. What You’ll Be Doing: As a Vehicle Technician, you’ll be responsible for a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:
  • Performing complex diagnostics and troubleshooting for Volkswagen, Audi, Skoda, and other VAG vehicles.
  • Carrying out routine servicing, maintenance, and mechanical repairs such as cambelts, suspensions, and brake systems.
  • Utilising manufacturer-specific tools and equipment to deliver precise and efficient repair solutions.
  • Providing high-quality workmanship to maintain the workshop’s reputation for excellence.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest VAG vehicle technologies and repair methods.
  • Collaborating with your team to provide exceptional service and ensuring that customer satisfaction is a top priority.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician, ideally with a Volkswagen, Audi, Skoda, or SEAT background.
  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in vehicle maintenance and repair.
  • Ability to work on the latest vehicle technologies and carry out diagnostic tasks using up-to-date software.
  • Strong commitment to quality and detail-oriented work.
  • An enthusiastic, positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a supportive team environment.
  • Full UK driving license.
