Aftersales Administrator Needed for Main Dealer
  • Salary: Circa £25,000 per annum
  • Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:00 AM - 5:30 PM + Saturday mornings on a rota
Our client, a well-established family-run business with a focus on exceptional customer service, is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Aftersales Administrator to join their expanding team at the Telford dealership.

Key Responsibilities as an Aftersales Administrator:
  • Provide comprehensive support to our Aftersales Department.
  • Interact with customers in person and over the phone, accurately recording their needs.
  • Book vehicles into our workshop and arrange service loan vehicles.
  • Produce customer invoices and process warranty claims.
  • Assist in our Parts Department operations.
Essential Skills:
  • Strong enthusiasm and organisational skills.
  • Ability to ask questions and seek help when needed.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a willingness to go the extra mile.
  • Excellent communication skills, both over the phone and face-to-face.
  • A genuine desire to learn and develop your skills.
  • A passion for delivering high standards of customer service.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
