Our client, a well-established and family-run Accident Repair Centre, is looking to recruit an experienced Panel Beater to join their successful team in Dartford. They have a strong reputation for delivering high-quality repairs, competitive rates, and excellent customer service.

The successful Panel Beater will receive:
  • A basic salary of up to £50,000, with OTE of up to £60,000

Panel Beater duties include:
  • Repair damaged vehicle panels to factory standards using various techniques, including hammering, filing, and welding.
  • Replace damaged parts such as panels, body shells, and sections of vehicle frames.
  • Work with a variety of materials including metal, plastics, and composites.
  • Use specialised equipment, such as hydraulic rams, jacks, and dent pullers, to restore vehicles.
  • Smooth out imperfections, ensuring all surfaces are ready for painting.
  • Maintain a high level of quality control and safety in all repair processes.
  • Collaborate with other team members, including painters and mechanics, to deliver excellent service to customers.
  • Adhere to all safety and environmental regulations in the workshop.
Our client is seeking a Panel Beater with:
  • Previous time-served experience in panel beating
  • Relevant qualifications (NVQ Level 3 preferred)
  • A full UK driving licence
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Own tools and equipment are essential
