- Carry out high-quality paintwork on damaged vehicles to restore them to pre-accident condition.
- Prepare vehicles for painting by sanding, masking, and priming surfaces.
- Mix paint to match the vehicle’s color and apply it evenly with precision.
- Use polishing techniques to finish and enhance the quality of paintwork, removing any imperfections.
- Ensure all work meets company and manufacturer standards, with a focus on safety and quality.
- Work closely with the repair team to ensure smooth workflow and on-time delivery of completed vehicles.
- Keep the workspace clean, organised, and in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Previous experience as a Paint Technician, Prepper, or Polisher
- Ideally hold an NVQ Level 3 qualification
- A full UK driving licence
- Must have own equipment and tools
