Our client, a leading Accident Repair Centre in Dartford, is looking for a skilled Paint Technician / Prepper / Polisher to join their expanding team. With over 15 years of experience in the industry, they provide high-quality vehicle repairs and take pride in their exceptional customer service and quick turnaround times.

Responsibilities as a Paint Technician / Prepper / Polisher include:
  • Carry out high-quality paintwork on damaged vehicles to restore them to pre-accident condition.
  • Prepare vehicles for painting by sanding, masking, and priming surfaces.
  • Mix paint to match the vehicle’s color and apply it evenly with precision.
  • Use polishing techniques to finish and enhance the quality of paintwork, removing any imperfections.
  • Ensure all work meets company and manufacturer standards, with a focus on safety and quality.
  • Work closely with the repair team to ensure smooth workflow and on-time delivery of completed vehicles.
  • Keep the workspace clean, organised, and in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements as a Paint Technician / Prepper / Polisher with our client:
  • Previous experience as a Paint Technician, Prepper, or Polisher
  • Ideally hold an NVQ Level 3 qualification
  • A full UK driving licence
  • Must have own equipment and tools
