Our client, a prestigious main dealer in Horsham, West Sussex, is seeking a Service Advisor to join their professional team. This role offers a dynamic customer-facing position, ideal for someone with strong communication skills and automotive knowledge. Whether you’re an experienced Service Advisor, a trainee based locally, or a vehicle technician looking to step into a customer-focused role, this opportunity provides excellent support and development.

Key Responsibilities of the Service Advisor:
  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers, assisting with service bookings, updates, and inquiries

  • Provide accurate cost estimates and explain service recommendations
  • Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction, aiming for repeat business and positive feedback

  • Experience: Service Advisor experience preferred but open to trainees or vehicle technicians interested in a customer-focused role
  • Skills: Strong communication, organisational skills, and a customer-first approach
  • Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge: Automotive industry knowledge, ideally from a car dealership or independent garage background
  • Driving Licence: Full valid UK driving licence required
