Our client, a successful Main Dealer group, are looking for an experienced Service Manager to join their franchise dealership in Wakefield. This is a secure role at an organisation that invests in its staff and continues to grow.

Duties of a Service Manager with our Client
  • To handle customer enquiries and queries promptly and efficiently.
  • To assist with the running for the Service and Parts department, maintaining efficiency and profitability
  • To ensure all brand policy and legal regulations are adhered to stringently
  • Accurately maintain the service department loading system in line with workshop capacity.
  • Assist with the management and coaching of the service team
  • Understand and adhere to manufacturer service requirements.
  • Maintain relevant systems ensuring accuracy at all times.
  • Maintain safe working practices and abide by the working rules and standards of the business.
What our Client expects of their Service Manager:
  • Experience as a Service Manager desirable.
  • Main Dealer experience required.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • An understanding of Vehicles and common issues.
