Reporting to the New & Used Car Sales Manager and working as part of a small yet very successful sales team of 3, as a New/Used Car Sales Executive you will be required to sell new and used cars, accessories, finance, finance related products and warranties to reach and exceed targets. You will be required to keep customers informed of delivery progress and advise customers of any delays that may progress. You will be required to resolve any queries which may arise and collect payment from customers before releasing their new car. New/Used Car Sales Executives must explain warranty, service arrangements, introduce customers to the Service Department team and demonstrate the car's features and offer any other support that may be required.
Do you need prior car sales experience? In short, no!
Previous or present franchise-approved car sales experience is advantageous to our client however they are very open to considering Sale Executives without car sales experience provided they come from a strong sales/customer service-orientated background and have a stable career history. Overall, you will need to have a desire to produce results, a commitment to excellence, be able to build outstanding customer relationships, and have a genuine passion to work for the company. A UK driving license with minimal points is essential for the role.
