Master Vehicle Technician Needed in Worcester
  • Salary: Up to £45,000 basic, depending on experience, plus up to £3,000 annual bonus
  • Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with 1 in 3 Saturday mornings
  • Holidays: 25 days plus bank holidays

What You’ll Be Doing as a Master Technician with our client:
  • Performing routine servicing, repair, and diagnostic work on vehicles with a commitment to high standards.
  • Assisting in the preparation and upkeep of new, used, and loan vehicles for internal departments.
  • Collaborating with workshop team members to share knowledge and continuously improve skills.
  • Contributing to a high-performance team focused on quality output and customer satisfaction.
What You’ll Need to be a Master Vehicle Technician with our client:
  • Qualifications – IMI/NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent.
  • Experience – Proven experience in a workshop setting with strong diagnostic and fault-finding abilities.
  • Skills – Ability to deliver high-quality work and stay motivated towards team objectives.
  • Licence – Full UK driving licence with minimal points.
  • Preferred – An MOT licence, hybrid vehicle technology experience, and familiarity with VAG vehicles are advantageous but not required.
