  • £26,000 Basic Salary – OTE £32,000 (uncapped)
  • Monday to Friday 8:00am-6:00pm, with alternate Saturday mornings 8:30am-12:30pm

Role Responsibilities of the Service Advisor:
  • Welcome and assist customers, ensuring their service needs are understood.
  • Provide accurate service cost estimates and explain charges.
  • Schedule appointments to optimise workshop efficiency.
  • Update customers on service progress.
  • Handle inquiries and resolve customer concerns effectively.
  • Keep precise service records and maintain service history.

  • Monthly bonus scheme up to £6,000 per annum (uncapped OTE)
