This position offers the opportunity to lead a dedicated team, drive parts sales, and ensure exceptional customer service in the automotive parts department.
Key Responsibilities of the Assistant Parts Manager Role:
- Lead and support a team to achieve parts sales growth, meet margin targets, and provide excellent customer service.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
- Collaborate closely with the Service department to deliver efficient service and optimise sales opportunities.
- Conduct department reviews and management.
- Act as a knowledgeable brand representative, providing insights into parts and products to customers.
- Background in automotive parts with supervisory experience.
- Strong commercial awareness and industry standards knowledge.
- Expertise in commercial vehicles and a solid understanding of parts.
- Excellent communication skills, with a positive and enthusiastic demeanor.
- Ability to work proactively in a fast-paced environment.
- Full UK driving license.
