- Basic Salary: £18-£20 per hour
- Efficiency Bonus: Uncapped, based on performance
- Joining Bonus: £5,000
- Hours: Choice of 40 or 45 hours, Monday to Friday, with optional overtime
- Training: ATA accreditation and ongoing technical training fully funded by the company
- Diagnostics: Perform precise diagnostics on damaged vehicles, focusing on mechanical and electrical faults, including issues with airbags, clutches, and suspension systems.
- Component Repair and Replacement: Efficiently strip, repair, and refit components like engines, gearboxes, and electrical systems, following factory standards.
- Alignment and Calibration: Ensure proper 4-wheel alignment, as well as re-calibration of safety systems.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other bodyshop professionals, such as Panel Beaters and Paint Technicians, to deliver high-quality repairs.
- Safety and Quality Control: Adhere to safety protocols, maintain organised workspaces, and conduct thorough quality checks on all repairs.
