Parts Advisor Needed in Malvern for Main Dealer
  • OTE: £28,000+
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am – 6pm, plus 1 in 3 Saturday mornings.
Our client, a reputable main dealership in the Malvern area known for their trustworthiness and exceptional service, is looking for a Parts Advisor to join their team. This position requires an individual who can ensure the seamless operation of the parts department and provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities of the Parts Advisor:
  • Maintain the efficient running of the parts department.
  • Order parts promptly and pre-pick them in advance.
  • Keep stock well-organised and regularly reviewed.
  • Maintain correct stock levels.
  • Support service customers, manage bookings, and receive customers on the day of repair.
  • Update customer requirements and handle final invoicing for repairs.
Requirements of the Parts Advisor:
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Team player with effective communication skills.
  • IT literate.
  • Prior experience in a similar role.
  • Good understanding of vehicle parts within a PC-based catalogue system.
