Automotive Service Advisor required for Prestige Main Dealer in Weybridge, Surrey 
  • 45 hours per week, 1 in 3 Saturday mornings
  • Prestige Car Dealership 
  • Franchised Car Dealership 
  • £30,000 - £35,000 Basic DOE + £10k OTE 
Our client, a Prestige Main Dealer in the Weybridge area are currently looking to hire an experienced Service Advisor for their busy automotive customer service team. Our client wants to hear from any Service Advisors with Volkswagen, Audi, Porsche, Skoda, Seat et al experience. 

This is a exciting opportunity to work with a fantastic brand in a state of the art dealership with no expense spared and a great working environment.  Our client is looking for an experienced Service Professional working in their aftersales team to assist them going the extra mile in ensuring their customers get the VIP, Concierge service they expect and require. 

You will need to have a stable work history and be able to demonstrate a high level of Customer Service skills as well as good mechanical knowledge to assist them with trouble shooting and understanding customer concerns. Full manufacturer accrediation training will be provided and a real career path with a well respected dealer group is on offer to the right applicant.

Duties of a Service Advisor with our Client
  • To handle customer enquiries and queries promptly and efficiently.
  • Qualify service needs and diagnose vehicle running problems where appropriate. Establish understanding and an agreement with the customer of the work to be carried out.
  • Accurately maintain the service department loading system in line with workshop capacity.
  • Manage the handover and administration of loan vehicles.  Explain the work carried out on vehicle ensuring customers full understanding and authorisation. 
  • Understand and adhere to manufacturer service requirements.
  • Maintain relevant systems ensuring accuracy at all times.
  • Maintain safe working practices and abide by the working rules and standards of the business.
What our Client expects of their Senior Service Advisor
  • Full UK driving Licence.
  • Role model to your lesser experienced colleagues on the service desk 
  • Smart appearance.
  • Competency in numeracy, literacy and IT.
  • Pinnacle Experience Ideal!
  • Understanding of basic vehicle design, function and location of parts.
