  • Contract: Full-Time or Seasonal options available
  • Hours: Standard workshop hours 08:00 - 17:00, Monday to Friday + Race events throughout the season

Key Responsibilities of a Number 1 Race Mechanic with our client:
  • Vehicle Setup & Maintenance: Execute and oversee all aspects of vehicle preparation and maintenance for optimal performance on the track.
  • Event Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, team members, and support staff to meet race day demands.
  • Precision Diagnostics: Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and fast repairs on-site.
  • Safety & Compliance: Ensure that all components and systems meet rigorous safety and performance standards.
  • Efficient Pit Stops: Thrive under race-day pressures and deliver efficient mechanical and race support.
Race Mechanic Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Number 1 Mechanic within a professional motorsport environment.
  • Extensive knowledge of high-end, high-performance vehicle systems.
  • Ability to excel under pressure and adapt quickly on race days.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills to support a collaborative environment.
  • Flexibility to work longer hours and travel to race events as required.
