- Pay: £35,000 Basic + £8,000 Bonuses and Incentives
- Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday - Friday + Saturdays on a rota basis

Key Responsibilities of a Workshop Controller with our client:
- Oversee Daily Operations: Manage the workflow and daily operations of the workshop, ensuring efficient and timely completion of all vehicle repairs and services.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of technicians and support staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Quality Control: Maintain high standards of workmanship and service, conducting regular quality checks and ensuring all work meets manufacturer and industry standards.
- Customer Service: Liaise with customers, providing updates on vehicle progress and addressing any concerns promptly and professionally.
- Scheduling: Organise and manage the workshop schedule, balancing workloads and prioritising urgent jobs to maximise productivity.
- Health & Safety: Ensure all health and safety protocols are adhered to, maintaining a safe and compliant working environment.
- Proven experience as a Workshop Controller or in a similar role within the automotive industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
- High level of attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Effective communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a workshop setting.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Competitive basic salary of £35,000 per annum.
