Our client, one of the UK’s most modern and professional vehicle salvage agents/parts recyclers based in Thame, Oxfordshire, is looking to hire a Vehicle Tyre Fitter to join their team. 

Reporting to the Centre Manager and working as part of a friendly team, as a Tyre Fitter your main responsibilities will include:
  • Accurate tyre repairs and tyre fitting to all makes of vehicles.
  • Processing of high-quality used tyres into stock.
  • Perform repairs when required providing quality workmanship at all times, seeking advice and guidance when necessary.
  • To maintain accurate documentation in line with our client's policies and procedures.
  • Purchasing new tyres for sale.
  • Exporting used tyres. 
  • Remove and refit components and carry out related adjustments.
  • Help our client maintain its industry-leading standards.
In order to be eligible you will need extensive experience in a vehicle tyre fitting or a similar fast-fit repair-orientated role. You will need to have a UK driving licence with minimal points, have good customer service skills, be a team player committed to helping others, have a desire to learn quickly and enthusiastically, be IT literate, and be methodical and organised with your workload.
